Steven Spector is an attorney and certified public accountant with over 25 years of experience in the areas of tax planning, business planning, estate planning, tax return preparation, accounting and representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Additional experience includes estates administration/probate, formation of corporations & limited liability companies, real estate closings, preparation of estate planning documents, and aircraft acquisition and management.

Work Experience

• Zunamon & Co. – Vice President of Taxes from 1990 to 1997 for a private family with several billion dollars in holdings. Responsibilities included tax planning, representing the family before the IRS on tax matters and coordinating the preparation and filing of several hundred partnership & corporate tax returns, over one thousand trust returns and the individual returns for over thirty family members.
• Arthur Andersen & Co. – Tax division 1981 to 1990. Serving closely held businesses and their owners. Types of businesses included manufacturing, distribution, retail, advertising, and real estate.
